Our office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 11:00, Miami time. We do not hand over vehicles outside these hours.
If you arrive late in the evening or at night, take a taxi or rideshare to your hotel and pick up the vehicle the next day during business hours. Send us your flight details when you book, and we will arrange the pickup time in advance.
Driving From FLL: Roads and Tolls
When leaving the airport, you can take I-595 or US-1 to reach I-95, which runs directly south toward our lot. Toll roads in Broward and Miami-Dade are cashless. The I-595 express lanes, Sawgrass Expressway, and Florida Turnpike do not have cash toll booths.
Every vehicle has a SunPass transponder, and it is included in the monthly rate. Tolls themselves are not included in the rental price. You pay the standard SunPass rate only for the toll roads you actually use, with no daily fee or additional service markup.

Port Everglades is about three miles from the airport, so many of our customers fly into FLL, spend a week or two in Florida, and then leave on a cruise.
