They didn’t bs me, there were no hidden fees, they told me everything I needed to know up front, and they didn’t charge me for car seats once they found out I had a young family. I wasn’t impressed by their customer service, but I was impressed by the way they serve their customers. They made me comfortable not with a fake smile, but with their integrity.
