I rented a Prius from Car For Long this past summer for about two months. The process for renting and picking up the car was very straightforward and fast. About a month into my rent I went over a pothole and lost one of the tires. I used the spare tire for a bit until I was able to drive to the tire shop the owner referred me to. The owner was very understanding and even helped me out with the bills. Excellent customer service all around!
